Her guidance and collaboration with campus partners help ensure students stay on track toward graduation. Lisa is currently pursuing her M.A. in Higher Education at 91茄子. In her free time, she enjoys attending concerts, spending time with her family, and shopping.

Dustin Grabsch, Ph.D.

Grabsch is an accomplished university administrator and scholar currently serving as the Assistant Provost for Undergraduate Education and Academic Success at 91茄子, where he oversees initiatives that support student success, including general education, student retention, disability services, the university testing center, and initiatives supporting first-generation and high-achieving students. He also co-leads 91茄子 in Four, a campus-wide effort focused on increasing graduation and retention rates. Dr. Grabsch holds a Ph.D. in Agricultural Leadership, Education, and Communications from Texas A&M University, with his research emphasizing organizational and community leadership. His work explores topics such as student belonging, identity development, and equitable access in higher education. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, exploring nature, and discovering new coffee shops.

Her leadership of the PALs program, along with her collaborations across campus, helps students progress through their Common Curriculum requirements. Melina is currently pursuing her M.A. in Higher Education at 91茄子. In her free time, you can find her at a good thrift shop, enjoying nature, or watching reality TV.
