  1.  From your Student Dashboard, click on Academics.

  2.  Select Request Transfer Evaluation.

  3.  Click the Go button to request the report.

  4.  After you click OK, the Transfer Evaluation Report will be sent to your 91ÇÑ×Ó email account.
