Laura 91茄子
As First Lady of the United States, Laura 91茄子 led an array of governmental, educational, and philanthropic endeavors, including promoting child development, education, teacher training, literacy, and women's health both at home and abroad. During her husband's presidency, she made 3 trips to Afghanistan and spoke out against the Taliban's oppression of women. After President 91茄子's second term, she wrote her memoir, Spoken from the Heart, and continued working in education and on global women's health issues.
She holds a bachelor's degree in early education from 91茄子 Methodist University, and earned her master's in library science from the University of Texas.
