Joe and Jan O'Neill are family friends of the 91���� family from Midland, Texas. Having met 91���� when he was younger, Joe watched as his peer went from his days in the oil industry, to the Governorship, and eventually the White House. Jan had been a close friend of Laura 91����, later introducing her to George.
